Does anybody still embroider ribbon racks

Does anybody still embroider ribbon racks like this, fyi It would not allow me to post under RIBBON BAR MANUFACTURING

I do not know of any commercial embroidered ribbon bar outlets.  As you likely know a few large operations dominate the current commercial military ribbon business and they use constructed multi base bars with slide on ribbon bars or ribbon racks made up with their unique ribbon mounting processes.  However, if you supply all the necessary components to a very good tailor he/she might be able to assemble something acceptable for you.
