US Air Force? K-9 patch

Guessing this is locally made Vietnam vintage and probably a US Air Force unit patch, but not sure which unit or if just generic in design. Had wondered if it might be from the 633rd Security Police Squadron based on the 6 stars, 3 lighting bolts and 3 stars at bottom

Never saw it before, but those stars and bolts look like they were put there with a purpose.

Nice patch! There are other variations of this patch that are even more generic. This one looks to have some specific characteristics but its not a patch I've seen before.
