Modern G-1 Jacket Name Patch Question

I have a nice issued G-1 that has ghosting where a name badge was sewn on. Isn’t terribly noticeable but would like to find one to put back on but haven’t been able to find one that is close in size to the existing stitch holes. The stitching is about 2.25 inches high and 3.5 inches wide.

 

Any recommendations on who may make a name badge that would be about the right size?
