Hello just a quick question 

The expert marksman badge is early WW1 National guard Correct? It is maker marked the Hayes Bros. Co. 2-piece open c catch. Next question Is the Is the pistol sharpshooter Army or Marine? I thinking Marine as it does not have the fancy ends on the bar. There is no marking on the back, perfectly flat, open C catch. Also, possible date range of use??
