This is for sale locally, I don't know much about tanker and armor gear....any help with ID and collectible value.

You have DH132 liner with a headset-microphone kit made by Bose. Normally, this would have a heavy ballistic DH132B shell, but the fiberglass DH132 non-ballistic protective shell or DH132A light ballistic protective shells would fit. Normally there’s a label on the nape strap. Attached are some images of a BAE-made DH132B shell (mistakenly marked DH132A) and a complete old Gentex-made DH132A with a legacy MK-1697/G headset-microphone kit.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was just the liner. They are asking $100 for it.

That is a bit steep. On a popular on-line auction site, they have a new old stock example for about $80. DH132 liners are going for a lot lately.  I should add that tank gunners sometimes just wear the liner inside the tank.
