Flightwings Posted December 30, 2025 #1 Posted December 30, 2025 Hey guys, just checking if there is any plans to meet together to meet other wing collectors at the SOS? Would love to say HI to people who have helped me get started! Do you guys do this?

MAA Posted December 30, 2025 #4 Posted December 30, 2025 I will be there Wed - Saturday (as a dealer & collector) ~ always nice to meet up with friends and fellow wing collectors at the show. I will have plenty of wings!
Persian Gulf Command Posted December 30, 2025 #5 Posted December 30, 2025 I'm not able to go to the SOS this year. If anyone here can find me a WW2 AMICO Jump Wing, I would happily purchase an example. Best, John

rathbonemuseum.com Posted January 3 #11 Posted January 3 For those who may not be familiar, it is the single largest militaria-only collectibles show in the US.
AmHistoryFan Posted January 25 #12 Posted January 25 Happy SOS Week! For those going, I wish you safe travels! Looks like Louisville is getting the snow right now. Hope it’s clear by Weds. Already excited! -Pat
Scott C. Posted January 31 #13 Posted January 31 I was there Thursday & Friday, and while quite chilly outside, the Expo Center had the parking lots cleared of nearly all snow. This year, the show move into the larger North Hall which allowed for a bit more elbow room between rows. While wings weren't my primary focus, I did happen upon this set of 1.5-inch H&H pilot instructor/sweetheart wings. Would love to see what 'treasures' others added to their collections from the show.
