New member, introducing myself

Hello, brand new member here. I’m not a huge collector of mil-surplus rifles but do own a few. My best one would be my CMP H&R M1 Garand. My next best is a rifle I just picked up, US MODEL 1917 Eddystone. The serial number is fairly low 77XXX with a 10-17 Eddystone barrel that is bright & shiny. Mostly all Eddystone parts with the rest being Remington and a couple of Winchester parts. I’ll be swapping out/trading those parts for Eddystone in the future. It also came with a Remington bayonet (very lightly stamped so not 100% sure) minus the sheath. I did pick up a reproduction sheath for the bayonet. I’ll post some pics once I get it all cleaned up & put back together.

Yes, the Grarand is an iconic battle rifle. I bought it when the CMP had all of those Greek returned rifles. Wish I would have picked up a 1903 A3 then too.
