Value of USAF .22lr conversion device for M-16 (?)

I've had this for a while, got it in a box of AR magazines.

I would like to post it for sale on this forum but I can't really find any information concerning it's value on line.

The only mark I can find is the serial number shown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

2-3 years ago, I bought two of the insert metal pieces (the actual conversion kit) for $100 each.  Never saw a magazine like that, though.

If I remember correctly (no guarantees), I paid $75 for the bolt/insert, and $40 each for the magazine inserts (I have 3 of them),   Overall I'd say a price between $150-$175 for a complete set of the bolt/insert plus two magazine inserts.  I have a USAF manual and I don't think that magazine is original USAF issue (but I could be wrong).
