I recently bought a collection from a vintage store. 

 

Contained some miniature medal and from what I understand this gentleman served in both Korea and Vietnam. 

 

It also came with the Hazcon Haven patch but I cannot find any information on it, hoping someone here can shed some light

The Vietnamese spelling for the location is Sông Sò
