Tonomachi Posted November 11, 2025 #2 Posted November 11, 2025 I'm guessing your question is if these are genuine Seal insignia? Although you can't make out any hallmarks due to the poor photo of the rear of these badges I can tell that the top most badge is genuine which was probably made in the 1980s or 1990s. It is not one of the more sought after first production Seal Team badge (Trident) made in the 1970s by either Vanguard, NS Meyer or Antaya. I tried to enhance one of your photos (see below) to see if I could make out even a partial hallmark. It looks like the bottom two badges (UDT Officer full size & miniature) do not have hallmarks. I could be wrong but without hallmarks from either Vanguard, NS Meyer or Antaya I consider these restrikes and not genuine to the period (1970s). They could also be leftover insignia that were never hallmarked or distributed but produced in the 1970s. I don't think anyone knows for sure.
Tonomachi Posted November 11, 2025 #4 Posted November 11, 2025 I don't see any hallmarks in your Post #3 photograph. If I were to guess the top badge is US made and genuine for the period mentioned but I have never trusted the bottom two badges as being genuine due to the lack of hallmarks.

Thank you, I wasn't expecting much out of these as they came in a big grouping of insignia I really appreciate your help on this.
