Span-AM Tunic, Pants and Visor?

Hello

What are your thoughts on this set?

• No markings anywhere except the Buttons
• The buttons are marked Sigmund Eisner Red Bank
• The visor is piped in black
• The pants have US on the buttons Pre-WW1 Pants?
• The tunic has me lost.

Standard 1912-17 enlistedmans cotton service tunic, breeches, and visor cap. Heavily modified -- for who knows what purpose! The tunic has completely replaced upper pockets with added cuff flashes and epaulets, and replaced buttons. Added piping to the cap. Most likely a costume shop, unless someone recognizes the pattern as a military school or band etc.

I think a band would be most likely. Possibly a military band?? I have no clue.
