ID this APC artwork/title? 'Satan's Sons' Vietnam

Wondering what unit or group used this APC? It's gone dark, of course, and reads 'Satan's Sons." Photo was taken between 1969-1971 by by dad. It also has a Playboy bunny that's barely visible in the pic (lower front of the APC,) and 'security force) in hard-to-read letters.

The bumper numbers tell what unit it belongs to. The problem is they are hard to read, you may do better with a magnifying  glass and the original picture. From what I can see it looks like 4TC followed by 71T and HQ 100. If that is correct it is from the 4th Transport Command, 71 Transport Bn, Headquarters Company, 1st Platoon, vehicle 00
