I ve seen 2 different publications of picture  ..both copyrighted....any public domion online?

Using a copyrighted image under the legal doctrine of fair use is permissible without the owner's permission only if the use is limited and reasonable, serving a purpose like education or research rather than a commercial one.

 

And, besides that,  copyright has probably past.
