I thought the training ones would be blue? As far as a price I only paid $30 for it so im happy.

In that condition, about $100, maybe could get $125.

I paid $90 for one in excellent condition at a local gun show, guy was asking $125.   I would say $50-75 for this one.  In light of the rust, I would restore it to an M6A1 configuration. Sand it, prime it and paint it OD.
