Ich Dien - "I Serve"

 

Not random, that's the mighty USS UHLMANN (DD-687) ( <--link to her history) once the oldest active DD in the fleet.  This photo is from the mid 1960's as you can see the Hedgehog launcher, ammo lockers, and rectangular bridge windows.  Looks like the photo is taken from an unrep ship alongside of the Destroyer.
