HGU-39/P to SPH-4 “conversion”

I bought my HGU-39/P XL around five years ago. I looked into visors for it and later found out it was the same shell as the SPH-4. I found out a while after that someone already drilled the holes to mount the visor rails. My question is: where can I find a cheap kit to install? Is Flighthelmets.com reputable?
