Any ideas on the ID for this one

The "Owl" and what looks like a "T" at the top and a "D" points me to the 11th Tac Drone Squadron. Beyond that I have zero conclusive evidence.

I don't think they are connected. The owl is the only thing common to both. I think the top owl might be wearing a parachute harness.

I don't think the owl is wearing a parachute harness but rather an old yellow life vest.
