Not an official DSC Citation - Private certificate given by a private entity.

 

He is not listed as having been awarded a DSC in "Decorations United States Army 1862 - 1926"

  Document states he received three citations which likely explains the Silver Star then it says was recommended for two, Croix de Guerre and DSC. Doesn't look like he received either of those.      Scott
