Help with Identification

Hello, how can I find information on this particular person. I can't find anything particular by typing just name and service.

When I checked Army Enlistment Records, the only person that showed up with the name Joseph was this guy, but as you can see the service number doesn't match up.

 

 

When I checked newspaper articles for another Joseph that was in the Army Air Corps which is part of the emblem on the bracelet, I found a Joseph L. Couillard.  The newspaper articles clearly indicate he was in the Army Air Corps and he's from Connecticut, however, when I checked you will absolutely not find an enlistment service number on this person.  Strange?  Yes, but ok.  Anyway, I do believe this is person is who the bracelet belonged to.  If someone comes up with a better candidate, chime in.
