SARGE Posted September 27, 2025 #5 Posted September 27, 2025 As an update, I attended this show last weekend. I have attended the predecessor to this militaria show for years and I have some thoughts on the new show. First, I am supportive of all militaria shows and I hope this one takes off. I did see some new dealers from outside my usual prowling grounds and that was one of my hopes for this show. I was able to pick up a few things so the show was good for me. Two interesting things I picked up was a small Kindersabel made as a WW1 German Cavalry sword by Wyersberg. These small kiddie size swords are usually made by toy makers but this one was made by Wyersburg who was a sword maker. Another item that I picked up was a set of artificial oak leaves that attach to an Austrian steel helmet for parade wear. I have been looking for a set of these insignia for years. So, all in all a nice show that I hope continues.
The Field Phone Guy Posted November 5, 2025 #6 Posted November 5, 2025 I'm very interested in this event. I have a large Military Field Phone collection and live locally. My concern is paying $200 to get 4 tables to set up my display. I don't buy or sell items I just display. I should be able to a discount price. I've run into this at several events that I've been asked to display at.
