I found a old picture of my grandma in a military type uniform. My grandma was never in the military but my grandpa was in WWII can anyone help me identify the uniform she is wearing?

Thank You

Hello New Jersey!

Your Grandma prob had a boyfirend in the USMC before she met your

Grandpa? Or could have been a friend of hers?

Cousin?

Seems like many Women did a similar thing.

Here is a shot of my Grandmother wearing some of my Grandpas kit

in France during WW1. They met in France. He was a clerk at AEF headquarters.

Grandma was French. They were dating at the time of this photo.

This would be about 107 years ago.

My thought is that she might be wearing a boy friends tunic prior to marrying your grandfather?

Thank You everyone for all of your help.

Upon gaining further information from my dad. this IS NOT my grandma. It is her identical twin sister (they were truly identical their parents made them wear different color ribbons as kids to help tell them apart). her husband was in the Marines which would explain the Marine uniform.

thank you all for your help solving this family mystery for me

Did the Ai add a german eagle in the top video?

It did a whole lot more than that...added collar tabs, as well.

Wearing of uniforms by women was a popular photo subject in the era...although it seems to have been much more common among German women than American women, I have only stumbled upon a couple of women in the era wearing Marine male uniforms and even then it's usually just the cover.

Try as I may, I could not get it to leave the uniform alone.

Nothing I tried worked. It was all I could do to get it to leave the Womans face alone.

When I tried it with the picture of my Grandma... above in WW1 kit,

it would not stop changing her face. No matter what I did. A couple times it switched her helmet to a WW2 M1 helmet.

I did not include it here because it never turned out.

Each time it altered her face to be unrecognizable....

The program is good, but It has a ways to go.. Its good but needs fine tuning.

My Grandma was from France and her picture, taken in my Grandpas kit was taken

in France during the war.

I once got a picture of my great-grandfather turned into a video by AI. (It made him put some sunglasses on) He was at his wedding wearing his Ike jacket, but somehow the AI turned his jacket into what looks to be a mix of a Navy officer's uniform and a 4 pocket... Looked nothing like it.

AI loves to change uniforms.

AI is certainly artificial, but not entirely intelligent.

It did a nice job on Grandmas face, but it wrecked the Uniform.

I have to agree that ai is not intelligence.

Its not really

intelligence, at all. What it really is,

is the next, or latest generation in advanced

computing and computers.
