ocsfollowme Posted May 21, 2025 #1 Posted May 21, 2025 Ebenezer Snapper Ingram served during WW1 as member of Battery B, Second Anti-Aircraft Battalion, attached to the First Army Artillery Headquarters. This was given to him at the American Legion National Convention in 1929 in Louisville, Kentucky. He was the head of the 40&8 as the Chef de Chemin De Fer for 1929-1930. Incredible quality of 14k with the name bars also being 14k. Three diamonds in the lower part. The nice American Legion medal that I have owned and will be in my upcoming book.
JohnK83882 Posted May 21, 2025 #3 Posted May 21, 2025 I was told the 40 & 8 was responsible for all the shenanigans at their annual conventions.
