Lee Ragan Posted April 14, 2009 Share #7 Posted April 14, 2009 Great looking patches! Thanks for sharing! Just goes to show that not all the neat stuff is WWII.
Mark M Posted April 14, 2009 Author Share #8 Posted April 14, 2009 Great looking patches! Thanks for sharing! Just goes to show that not all the neat stuff is WWII. Lee I agree. The WW2 stuff is great but you need deep pockets to collect those patches. The later ones are just as interesting and can be found for a lot less! gwb123 Posted April 15, 2009 Share #9 Posted April 15, 2009 Very nice. Post WWII USMC Aviation Patches is a field that needs more documentation and there are so many neat but unkown examples out there.
KurtA Posted April 15, 2009 Share #10 Posted April 15, 2009 Nice patches. They appear to be Japanese-made. Kurt
Fly USMC Posted April 19, 2009 Share #11 Posted April 19, 2009 Great patches. HMH-462 is also known as the Screw Crew. You will notice that there is a small screw in both of those patches. I just recently picked up on of the the Atsugi det patches like yours. Great Lot and thanks for sharing.
