Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal School hard hat

This was a Goodwill find for $12. The Navy EOD School is located at Eglin Air Force Base and trains EOD candidates from all branches of the Armed Forces. It still has the earplug canister with ear plugs attached, and there's a loose Kevlar chin strap inside.....it has a 1997 contract date.
