Airborne Rigger Made pouches for Rifle Grenades

I recently ran across this picture that depicts a formation of the 509th PIR on parade in October 1942 at Chilton Foliat England for a visit from Eleanor Roosevelt. The trooper on the left has an M1903 with M1 Grenade Launcher attached and is carrying two rigger made pouches for rifle grenades. I'm assuming that based on the date and the color of the grenade fins that these are most likely M9 AT grenades. Would any of you have any other photos or any information about these rigger made pouches??
