Assistance in Identifying Lapel Ribbon Devices

Hi Folks:  I found these in the big collection I bought years ago and I'm trying to identify these after looking in some books:

 

Top left:   DSC???

Top right:  ROTC????

Bottom left: Vietnam Pres. Unit Citation????

Bottom right...????

The first lapel pin that has the same colors as the DSC is not for a DSC as the edge colors are much wider than the edges of a DSC. I believe this to be a state award, but don't recall which one. The second lapel pin is for ROTC Superior Cadet. While the 3rd resembles the Vietnam Presidential Unit Citation, I believe this is actually another state award. The fourth, yellow and blue is a state award from New Jersey.

The last one may also be the Oregon National Guard Faithful Service ribbon.

I have looked at the state national guard ribbon charts by state multiple time….and the top left doesn’t match up to any of them….close but no cigar.  S. Vietnam pin doesn’t match up either.   I have gone over the charts approximately 5 to 7 times…..am I missing something?
