- Does anyone knows which branch are those boots ? 

My 2 cents is Air Force ...

 

- What it the model name ?

 

- Also which decade ? Korean war ? Vietnam war ?

 

I'm not knowledgeable in this field your opinion is welcome

1960-80s military boots worn by service members in the military.  These are just regular issue or private purchase boots….nothing special.

Should be noted this is the earlier version without the notch cut where one of the lace holes would be which was made I think slightly post nam.

Looks earlier than the issue Direct Molded Sole (DMS) boots with or without the notch of the late-60s-70s. I think they are "MacNamara"  boots from the early to mid-60s. A two-digit year date should be on the outside at the top.
