90MM M19 1953, need help!

The case is marked 90Mm M19 1953 and there are no marking on the shell. The shell is blue so I assume it is a training AP round. There should be stamped markings around the rotating band. If you haven't checked there yet.

I actually looked at the bands and didn’t see anything. With that said the info is above the top band and it isn’t easy to see. LOT YEM-5-3 1952 90MM IVYP-T M333 so I assume they are matched correctly.
