Agree on the value offered by VM188.  However, the holster is an M3, not an M7.  The latter model had 2 straps.

 

The holster was made by Sears Saddlery Co. of Davenport, Iowa.  The Sears M3 holsters are, in my experience, rather scarce and bring a small premium over an identical condition Boyt M3.

I recently sold one at a gun show for $75.  But it was in well used condition.  Your holster is very nice.

Yes about $150 with all straps supple and present

To add, the value is given assuming that the snap on the strap that would go on the belt has not been broken.  The male snap portion is very susceptible to pulling out of the leather, particularly by tire-kickers at shows.   I've repaired several of these, and it's not easy.

Definitely a M3 holster - like some dudes already mentioned ...

 

and - like @thorin6 mentioned the male-piece of the push-button on the lower portion of the holster is broken pretty often so check for it first
