SGT Wade Posted January 22 #1 Posted January 22 So today I bought a new repro cartridge belt. I looked at the back and noticed it had one hole in the back. Then I remembered that the M1928 haversack has 2 straps that connect to the back of the belt. So I looked through USMF for 30 minutes trying to find something on it, but couldn't. Clearly I don't know much. I'm newer to the hobby, so I have a lot to learn. I would LOVE help, and pictures. Thanks!
CavalryCombatant Posted January 22 #2 Posted January 22 The two rear straps attach to the two top grommets on the back of the belt itself.
robinb Posted January 22 #3 Posted January 22 The belt has that single grommet in case the soldier was issued an M1910 haversack and not the M1928.
