Siamundo Posted January 17, 2025 #1 Posted January 17, 2025 Just curious if anyone might know the answer to this. I have two different copies of the 1967 USS Forrestal cruise book, which documents the tragic fire on board that year during her Westpac Gulf of Tonkin cruise. As you can see, each copy has a totally different cover. Other than the covers, the books are identical and printed/published by the same publisher. The cover with the flag at half mast is the version I usually see, so wondering if the other copy may have been a separate printing-maybe either first or second or if for some reason it might have been rebound at some time?
