A woman is down sizing and brought in one of her son's uniforms (Op. DESERT STORM and OEF), as well as her husband (Vietnam) and father-in-law (WWI.)  She also brought in a letter and photo of one of her good friends who left for Vietnam on his 20th birthday, serving as a medic in the 11th ACR. He was killed in action 4 months later.  Here's SP4 Hill's items:

Her son's uniform needs a lot of the insignia restored, unless she finds it.  Her we other son was a ODS Marine and we might be getting some of his artifacts.

Her husband went to OCS, and his uniform is in great shape....there's also a summer weight uniform (these two are tailor dated October 1963), there's a set of his dress greens and dress blues. The summer uniform has a 4th Army patch but it's sewn over the area where another patch was removed. I'm surprised that he did that with the way the old stitching looks. I really like the OCS uniform...

Her father-in-law had a nice privately tailored uniform...there's also a letter from the AEF demanding he return some uniform items, and Pershing's letter to the troops. There's a belt which, to me, looks like it was made from a German rifle sling.....

There's also his WWII ration books, and a couple of ration books that were the donor's (she was 2 years old then).  And, a couple newspapers.

Almost forgot...there's an 8X10 photo of the SS Leviathan in dazzle camouflage which is kind of cool, but it's in rough shape. There's two copies of the Fort Dix Pictorial Review, for the 34th and 87th divisions.

...and so it goes.
