At a show near Toledo today I picked up an "OUR BOY" small war service broadside with the fellow's photograph.  His name is Private Steven Paul, and was in Battery C, 149th Art.  He served from Sept. 15, 1917- May 15, 1919.  He has a wound stripe, unless his service stripe in mounted too high?  Any information that could be provided would be appreciated.  Was he from ILL?

Thank you FlyNavy for that information!  It is interesting that he was from PA, as the 149th Art was Illinois contribution to the Rainbow Div.  But I know there was much moving around between units.
