I picked up a late WWII Navy Nurse ward uniform. The white “scrubs” dress. It has detachable buttons which are missing. Does anybody have one? Could any one measure and give front - back photos of them? They look like they are small, maybe 5/8.
thanks, Paul

Paul,

Could you post a photo of this uniform?  I do not see it in my few references on WAVES.  Is there an ID tag with nomenclature and date?

I have many types of buttons; most of the closure type are 30L or 3/4, 24L and 20L are usually for epaulettes?

cheers,

rick

If they're detachable you mean they're regular buttons but with toggles, which look like bobby pins or key rings.USWW1Army78Buttons4withoriginaltoggles(1).jpg.d3e2af0352ace110e3b9d6f41aba424e.jpg
