Chief Petty Officer pin Age and Makers Mark

I picked this up recently and I am assuming it’s WW2 era. What’s got me stumped is the makers mark. Maybe I have overlooked it when searching, which is entirely possible. So some help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I was digging around other areas a found some information on the markers mark.Yes it’s wings but the same maker none the less. Any thoughts are welcome.
