Hello. I sell surplus clothing and it piles up. I currently keep it in my addition on my house which is not heated or cooled currently. It’s mostly field jackets n such. Anything to worry about in anyone’s estimation. Thanks

Temperature is only an issue if it gets too hot for leathers, rubbers, ect. Cold and colder are mostly fine. Moisture is always bad. I have seen many things get placed into deep freeze to kill bugs. When freezing objects make sure to bag first. If you do not bag, anything metal will condense water. A German helmet coming out of -20 into ambient 70 with 40% humidity will ice over and will maintain a frost coating for quite some time. As the heavy frost layer melts it will look like it has been rained on (bad). Metal must be sealed/bagged. Also a metal object at -20 can cause frostbite. ABN
