Holster ID help

Picked this up today. It appears to me to be for a revolver (Victory?). Did Enger-Kress do any private purchase holsters? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, that is a variant USGI shoulder holster for the S&W Victory Model.  Enger-Kress, located in West Bend, Wisconsin, was in the ladies pocket book and purse business and had a lot of experience in leather products.  It did not sell holsters to civilians.

 

Unfortunately, your holster has had its chest strap cut off.  While not unrepairable by a knowledgeable and skilled person that condition adversely affects its value.

Thanks so much Charlie for your knowledge and insight. As to its value, I understand the the damage does lower the value but I think I did ok on price, talking them down from $32 to $30!!
