Hallo. This is my first post here, so I hope it is going well.I bought this pack in Thailand. I was surprised that it is in such good shape ( if it is really that old ). My idea was to use it as a motorcycle bag, on my Enfield 350 Signals. The many straps confused me a bit, but I guess I figured most out. But in the middle on the front is a strap that I do not see on other packs. Is there somebody here who has an idea what that strap is used for ?

And, if I want to use it as a motorcycle bag I have to adapt things. And I start to get second feelings about that. Is that a thing to do, or should I look like at something more readily available to change for my use ?
