CM and SL makers marks

Please can anyone tell me who the makers mark CM and also a makers mark SL? I can't find a reference anywhere.

I'm thinking that CM may be Classic Medalics? I've seen this Mark on a few USAF badges, mainly on protection force badges. Does anyone know for certain who this maker is please? Many thanks for any help
