Hi. Please can anyone tell me if this is an original and, if so, what time frame would this probably be? Thanks for any help

I can’t imagine that there is any money in reproducing these unless it’s something rare.

 

When ever I end with rank insignia that I don’t want I practically give them away.

Thank you. These were put on a  1970s jacket to enhance it and give it a WW2 or 50s look so thought that they may have been reproduction so wanted to check.
