Fleet Marine Force pin

Hi. Found this today it's an interesting badge and was very cheap. Can anyone clarify if this is worn by marine corps or US Navy personnel? Many thanks

This pin is worn by US Navy personnel who are attached to the Marine Corps. Typically, these are seen on medical and religious personnel, but they occasionally are seen on supply corps, civil engineering corps (SeaBee) and other kinds of Navy personnel.

As Dave stated, it's mostly seen with Hospital Corpsman (HM) and Religious Programs Specialists (RP) but I've come across one Logistics Specialist (LS), a few Personnel Specialists (PS), a Seabee, and even a Master at Arms (MA) who had one since I've been in the Navy. The MA one really threw me off lol. I've also seen cases where Marines would do the qualifications for the pin (I've also seen it for the ESWS) but unfortunately, Marines can't wear it. I myself earned this pin while attached to a Marine LAR battalion as a Hospital Corpsman.

Thank you Pat that's interesting. I've built up a fair collection of us navy badges but interesting ones are difficult to get in the UK. This one seems a little harder to find here. All the best
