What era is this Snoopy patch?

I believe this is the 355th Student Squadron. But cannot seem to nail down a period. It is large at about 7.5" wide. Thanks for any help.

I meant 3355th Student Squadron. Just FYI, I have only seen red borders before. This one has a royal blue border.

1970s era. These were sewn to the blue bomber jackets that were popular at the time but were not uniform items. The 3355 trained jet engine mechanics. Here's the smaller red bordered one, early 1980s.
