PCU-21/P Personnel Lowering Device fitting instructions

Would anyone happen to have any detailed photos, schematic instructions or a TO showing how the PCU-21/P personnel lowering device attached to the rear of the PCU-3/P & PCU-15/P torso harnesses? Ideally, images taken showing both the inside & outer side of the harness with the PLD attached.

 

The period images I can find show the upper fabric flap apparently tacked to the harness, but I can’t make out how the lower fabric flap attached.

Any images, TO instructions or other clues will be greatly appreciated!
