Manchu Warrior Posted September 16, 2024 #1 Posted September 16, 2024 I have to take home anything military related to include the neglected and abused items. With that said I picked this photo out of a trash can at an auction many years ago. The three soldiers in the middle of the first row have shoulder boards on their uniforms and all of them have I.O.S.as a collar device. Which suggest they may be ROTC? But not sure and any help would be appreciated.
Salvage Sailor Posted September 16, 2024 #2 Posted September 16, 2024 The three gentlemen in the front row have different hats, shoulder straps and swords. Are they wearing I.O.S. collar brass and the scroll above the eagle on their hats? If so, upper classmen? Or perhaps instructors. Can you zoom in on the sword hilts to see it they are fraternal?

Matter of fact I wasn’t even in the parking lot of the ball park. With that said I appreciate the information. Thanks!
