Picked this a couple of weeks ago for 50$ at the flea market in Okeechobee Fl.

 Know it’s a knockoff button it’s in nice shape and I got a pretty good edge on it.

all I t says is Japan no company name

Anybody know anything about them

Kiffe Japan made but like you said - a knockoff. Quality appears decent among specimens but it’s not a true USGI issue knife.

These are true GI issue, bottom row third from the right with rawhide on bottom of the sheath is the one I was issued in 1962, since then I have a acquired a few others over the years.

 M113, You and I share a similar passion for iconic Jet Pilot Survival Knives. Started out only collecting Jet Pilot survival knives, until I had one representing every year from 1959 to 1975. Thanks for posting your JPSKs for all to see.

I have also been picking up some of these mil-k stainless pocket knives all government issued, I never got issues one of these, I wish I had  gotten one back in 62 because the 1962  mil-k 818 knife is almost impossible to fid.
