Looks post war with the silvered finish on front, dark on back slickback, PB. Has N.S.Meyer, New York on right side. Meyer shield on left. I don't see the post war numerical shield. Did Meyer even make this pattern late in the war?Post WW2-K.W.?

IIHO this is a rather late version. Well into the VN war and post VN war time period.  Very modern.
