RTS Posted April 1, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 1, 2009 I have heard the black Fastex belt buckled items referred to as LC3 belts, I don't know how official that was. I do know that those black buckles were notoriously fragile and that I have replaced a pile of them. As for your helmet bag, I would assume that Powell made a run of them as a private purchase or novelty item for catalog sales through somebody like Brigade Quartermasters.
