Unknown flight control stick

I picked up this flight stick at a garage sale and I know nothing about it besides it was made by Guardian electric.  Any info and rough value would be greatly appreciated!

The closest that I can come up with is the Hiller H-12 / H-23 Raven and the Hughes TH-55 Osage.  Guessing from a 1950s rotary wing helicopter with skids?

When was the trim tab cone introduced for stick grips?
