1957 155mm Projectile Value?

A buddy showed me a piece from his collection. Is offering it for 250 obo. Has been powder coated. 

 

Any idea on a ballpark on these ?

$300 plus if it had original color and ink markings, a war time date, and correct fuze. What kills most deals is the cost of shipping, it probably weighs in at 70 lbs plus minus. The Plus, unmolested ones are getting harder to find.
