Please provide more detail about the "FREE" system. I can't find anything on it. PEO Soldier and Natick websites don't mention it at all. What does FREE stand for? I tried ordering ACSs for my unit and all of the NSNs came back rejected with no replacement NSNs. If there is something new coming out, I'd like to track it for possible ordering.

 

Flame Resistant Environmental Ensemble is the proper name for it. Two of our guys are going to talk to the PM about RFI and issuance of the FREE system. Our unit will be the first to receive the new stuff. I may have pictures soon of it.
